What we collect and why
Google sign-in provides your basic profile name, email address and avatar to identify your teacher account. Questora does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Calendar. Supabase provides authentication and an account identifier.
Your question sets, answers, folders, uploaded private images and game session history are stored in Supabase so you can reuse your library across devices. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information about students.
Payments and service providers
Optional international payments are made on PayPal. Automatic checkout associates an internal order reference with your signed-in Questora teacher account. This reference, plan, amount and currency are sent to PayPal. Questora verifies transaction references, receiving merchant, amount, currency and capture status to activate Pro automatically and handle support or refund requests. Older hosted Payment Links use the Questora account email you enter on PayPal for manual matching. PayPal processes payment details under its own privacy statement. Questora does not receive your PayPal password or card details.
VND Pro payments use payOS. Order amount, payment status and transaction references are used to match payment and activate your subscription. Bank transfers are made to the merchant’s ACB account using the checkout instructions. Questora does not collect your bank password or card details.
Google, Supabase, payOS, PayPal and the hosting provider process data needed to provide authentication, storage, payment and secure delivery. Your private library is accessible through your account. Sets you choose to publish are shared separately in Discover.
Public question sets and private feedback
New regular question banks show the public-sharing option enabled before saving; you can turn it off. Publishing shares your profile name, bank title, description, questions, answers and selected uploaded images so other teachers can search, preview, host and save a copy. Your email address and private account records are not published. Existing private sets stay private, and student-name lists cannot be published.
You can update a public version or choose Make private to remove it from Discover. Copies already saved by other teachers are independent copies. Game ratings, classroom suitability answers, bug reports and suggestions are private to you and authorized Questora staff; they are not public testimonials.
Browser storage, retention and your choices
Questora uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and saved game favorites. Questora does not add advertising trackers or tracking analytics. Service providers may keep operational or security logs needed to run their services.
Account and teaching data are kept to provide your account and library. Payment records may need to be retained for transaction handling or applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your account and teaching data, contact [email protected]. We may verify account ownership and explain any information that must be retained. You can export a backup from My Library.

Bộ câu hỏi thông thường mới hiển thị lựa chọn chia sẻ công khai đang bật trước khi lưu; bạn có thể tắt. Khi công khai, tên hồ sơ, tiêu đề, mô tả, câu hỏi, đáp án và ảnh đã chọn được chia sẻ để giáo viên khác tìm kiếm, xem trước, Host và lưu bản sao. Email và hồ sơ tài khoản riêng tư không được công khai. Bộ cũ đang riêng tư vẫn riêng tư; danh sách tên học viên không thể công khai.
Bạn có thể cập nhật bản công khai hoặc chọn Make private để gỡ khỏi Discover. Bản sao giáo viên khác đã lưu là các bản độc lập. Điểm đánh giá game, câu trả lời về độ phù hợp với lớp, báo lỗi và góp ý chỉ dành cho bạn và nhân viên Questora được phân quyền; không phải lời chứng thực công khai.

Questora dùng bộ nhớ trình duyệt cho phiên đăng nhập và danh sách game yêu thích. Questora không thêm công cụ quảng cáo hoặc phân tích theo dõi hành vi. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ có thể lưu nhật ký vận hành hoặc bảo mật cần thiết.
